Servicon Engineering Limited was incorporated in 1993, as a multi-disciplinary engineering group, whose aim was to provide contracting services to clients in the fields Mechanical, Electrical Civil/Structural and Computer Engineering. Following the appointment of Etan Ogbemi as Managing Director in June 1995, the company decided to focus initially on the development of two of these divisions. As a result, the electrical and computer divisions were the first to be established and have been in full operation for the past three years

Servicon identified a deficiency in the provision of professional Internet related services, and proceeded to invest heavily in the skills acquisition necessary for exploiting this deficiency. The result has been the emergence of a collection of expert consultancy services in the area of satellite radio communications, WAN & LAN technology, security, messaging, e-commerce and website development and hosting
